In anticipation of this year’s Beijing auto show, American automobile manufacturer Chrysler has announced two China-specific design concepts to be unveiled. Created specifically with Chinese elements in mind, Chrysler’s 300C features a dark-finished wood trim, embossed “gusting wind” seats, chrome wheels and a dark-finish grille. While, Jeep’s Wranger concept was inspired by the 2012 Chinese Lunar New Year and features a dragon illustration on the hood and the passenger’s grab handle on the dashboard in addition to special lighting and gold trim on the interior and exterior. Both models, according to Chrysler, “will showcase the opportunity for special editions that might be available for Chinese customers in the near future.” Link, Link
