2012 San Francisco International Film Festival


Celebrating its 55th year, the San Francisco International Film Festival (SFIFF) continues to be the longest-running film festivals in the United States. Running April 19 through May 3, 2012, SFIFF showcases 160 works and host more than 200 films from over 50 countries with a mixture of feature films, live action and animated shorts, television and theatrical documentaries, experimental, family films and a variety of new digital media. More than 80,000 filmgoers are expected to attend the two-week festival and will feature such big name and emerging films as Ai Weiwei: Never Story, Farewell, My Queen, Your Sister’s Sister, Don’t Stop Bellevin’: Everyman’s Journey, Chocked, The Day He Arrives, The Double Steps, Golden Slumbers, People Mountain People Sea, A Secret World, The Sheik and I, Sleeping Sickness, Valley of Saints, Wu Xia and many more.
