Founded by culinary school grad Eddy Song and his friends Stephan and Paul, Korilla BBQ has brought the food truck craze to New York City. Selling Korean-inspired tacos and burritos filled with such ingredients as bulgogi, pulled pork, kimchi fried rice, kimchi slaw, Korean hot sauce and sticky rice, Korilla BBQ brings fast-casual food to the masses. Now, the popular truck has brought the unique flavors to Japan for a pop-up shop located in Yokohama’s Sogo Department Store. Link
